About Gary Hart

Gary Hart has photographed California’s natural beauty for over 25 years. His images appear in magazines, greeting cards, postcards, and calendars, and are displayed in galleries and private collections throughout the world. In 2007 Gary’s photos appeared on three magazine covers, and the June Sierra Heritage featured Gary’s “Shoot the Moon” article and photo essay.

Gary is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer and guide who conducts photo workshops and private photo tours in some of California’s most scenic locations. His upcoming workshops include Yosemite, the Eastern Sierra, and Big Sur.
