About Gary Hart

Gary Hart has photographed California’s natural beauty for over 30 years. His images appear in magazines, greeting cards, postcards, and calendars, and are displayed in galleries and private collections throughout the world. Gary’s photos have appeared on many Sierra Heritage magazine covers, and the June 2007 Sierra Heritage featured Gary’s “Shoot the Moon” article and photo essay.

Gary is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer and guide who conducts photo workshops and private photo tours in some of California’s most scenic locations. Gary's upcoming workshops include Yosemite, the Eastern Sierra, and Death Valley.
